How It Works

In normal (closed) state, the ball valve faces outward and is locked in the OFF position — the valve physically cannot be turned on without the quick connector inserted. Push the quick connect nozzle straight down into the socket to lock it in place, then turn the ball valve to the ON position to allow gas flow. When finished, turn the valve OFF first, then press and hold the knurled collar of the quick connect socket with thumb and forefinger and pull up to release the connector. Close the magnetic cover. For maximum safety, always close the main cylinder valve when the panel is not in use.

Installation Notes

Cut a 95mm diameter hole in your RV wall or panel. Insert the unit from the front and secure with the rear mounting plate and screws. Connect your 10mm gas supply hose to the brass barb fitting at the rear. Ensure all connections are leak-tested with soapy water before use. Always close the main cylinder valve when the panel is not in use.

Safety Notice

The ball valve is designed with a safety interlock: it cannot be opened unless the quick connect nozzle is fully inserted. This prevents accidental gas leakage when the cover is open but no hose is connected. Always close the cylinder main valve when the appliance is not in use for maximum safety.
