Panel and keeper installation
- Measure the existing opening, panel thickness, rear clearance and keeper position.
- Test the actual latch against the opening before cutting or enlarging it. Choose fixings suitable for the panel construction.
- Position the keeper so the latch engages and releases without forcing the handle or distorting the lid.
- Cycle the handle and close the panel several times before use. Check access to the back of the panel for adjustment.
