Compare the flange, fixing pattern and flap clearance

Fit and maintain the scupper

  1. Compare the existing drain opening, flange space and actual fixing positions. Check behind the mounting surface before drilling.
  2. Position the fitting so the flap can move freely, following the supplied installation and vessel requirements.
  3. Choose suitable fixings, backing and sealing materials for the actual surface and installation.
  4. Test outward drainage and flap movement after fitting. Keep the flap and seating area clear of debris and inspect them regularly.

Ask ROQIFY for the current housing/flap material, opening drawing and installation instructions.
